Acne Studios Drops Hiking & Raving Inspired Bolzter Sneaker

Following on from its Fall/Winter 2019 Face collection, Swedish staple Acne Studios has returned with a new silhouette for its sneaker lineup. Titled the Bolzter, the sneaker is inspired by ’90s raving, referencing the subculture’s adoption of hiking and all-terrain footwear.

The hiking influence is apparent in the sneaker’s reinforced upper, bungee cord-inspired lacing system and rugged sole unit. The sneaker is set to release in six colorways, ranging from the minimalist “Tumbled White” and all-black to more eye-catching designs in “Beige/Yellow/Amber” and “Grey/Pink.”

To go alongside the all-terrain sneaker, Acne Studios has also developed the Bolzter Bryz sandal. This version features the same aesthetic and materials, with Velcro straps replacing the lacing system. Head to the Acne Studios web store now to pick up the Bolzter and Bolzter Bryz silhouettes.

In other footwear news, adidas Consortium has relaunched the Lexicon silhouette.
