For Zalando’s first ever fashion shoot in Ireland, we decided to put the spotlight on brands you might not have come across before, such as the competitively priced Nly by Nelly (pictured p17) which layers up well with a high-end label.
One of the undoubted stars of our Weekend shoot was the embroidered tulle dress from PatBO (far right), a Brazilian label from Patricia Bonaldi which was new to me.
Shoe fiends will have spotted some of the Paloma Barcelo footwear like the sandals (above) and pink high heels (far right). The stand-out gold fabric mules, are, like the black gingham sandals (far right) from Loeffler Randall, an American shoe brand I had not come across before, so another one for the Little Black Book of names. If leather jackets are your thing, Freaky Nation have some cool looks while the suede coat (above) is from Studio ID.
Melissa Weston, marketing manager, said the launch of the website in Ireland last June “was a proud moment for us. Zalando.ie boasts almost 2,000 international brands from high street to high-end, and for SS19 we are encouraging Irish customers to express their own style, letting them explore a huge assortment of new season collections.”
